The project has effectively stagnated at this point. There has not been sufficient sustained interest to keep the project motivated.

On the airplane I started writing a retrospective which I'd like to put in a blog post and talk about why we started, why we stopped, and what we learned. Watch this space. :)
The folks who were previously working on it full time have moved to
other projects. See the thread from September 2010 - January 2011
called "Current Status of Unladen-Swallow."

P.S. sorry for the multi-post; the day after my post, when it failed
