Could you clarify, please? Change how? Right now the two are sort of unrelated, so what's your desired behavior?

You start the game calibrating the user, then with an specific gesture
the player will open an menu, then I will need the hand tracking. But
without any new gesture, and also be able to go back to te previous
interaction
