You are not the first one looking for that. I actually introduced such
a configuration parameter a couple of years ago.
<media-engine id="Media-Engine-1">
<realtime-rate>1</realtime-rate>
</media-engine>
If you want to send RTP packets, for instance, 4 times faster than
real-time (or than they are supposed to be sent), set the following
parameter accordingly.
<realtime-rate>4</realtime-rate>
While I understand where this requirement comes from, hope you in turn
realize that this is just a workaround. The MRCP spec doesn't provide
such an option. And outgoing RTP stream will not comply with RFC3550.
Having said, you can use this parameter, if you really know what you
are doing.
