A Personal Note from Justin at UCR HQ:
I've been very fortunate to see Cutman play 4 or 5 times. When
considering they rarely leave Gainesville and I live in Chicago,
that's a small accomplishment. I was able to see them in Tampa in 2008
(thanks to Eric the Red*) for the dual record release show for their
7"s. I was floored seeing them that night and have been in love ever
since. When, Aaron from Team Science initially told me about the band
and I just about passed out just thinking about what the band was
going to sound like given the personnel involved (at that time they
included Derron Nuhfer from Gunmoll). I was able to see them in Tampa
in 2008 (thanks to Eric the Red*) for the dual record release show for
their 7"s. I don't think I can convey in words how excited to be
involved in this album that i really am. If you're into mid-90's post-
hardcore bands like Quicksand, Fireside, Helmet, etc... then brace
yourself, as they will probably be your new favorite band.
*and a bunch of other rad people from the VC Board.
