*- The Tri-County Water Conservancy District is applying for a Lease of
Power Privilege (LOPP) from the Bureau of Reclamation to construct and
operate a hydropower project at Ridgway Dam on the Uncompahgre River near
Ridgway Colorado.  Reclamation is beginning preparation of an Environmental
Assessment (EA) on the proposal, as defined by the National Environmental
Policy Act (NEPA) for Lease of Power Privilege.*
