UMFA has some exciting events to share in November! Here is your
reminder of upcoming concerts and workshops. Don't miss your chance
as an UMFA member to buy a DEEPLY DISCOUNTED ticket for the Greg
Patillo "Project" concerts at the MacPhail Center for Music. Details
for purchasing a ticket are listed below.

Saturday, November 7, 8:30-5:00.
"Flute Fest" at Mayflower Church, 106 E. Diamond Lake Rd, Minneapolis

Admission free for UMFA members; you may renew or join UMFA at the
door. Non-UMFA members may buy tickets for the 2:30 and 3:30 concerts.
8:30 Registration opens, exhibitors/vendors open.
9:00 Flute Choir Reading Session
10:00 Greg Patillo: "beat box" flute workshop
12:00 Pedagogy Panel: Immanuel Davis, Michele Frisch, Nancy Maloney.
Lunch may be purchased at Flute Fest for $5.00.
1:00-2:30 Adam Kuenzel Masterclass
2:30 Laudie Porter Competition Winners Recital
3:30 Honors Flute Choir Concert
