Flute choir for middle/high school students?

Hi, I have a talented 7th grade flutist whose school band program is being cut. She would love to do flute choir. Is there a flute choir out there for kids that meets regularly? She's planning on signing up for the MacPhail flute choir, but sometimes there isn't enough interest at MacPhail to have one in a given semester. Any help would be most appreciated!
