Subject: Opportunity to work together: Connecting religion and the faith community to drug policy reform
Hello all --

I just wanted to let everyone know about a very unique, interesting
event planned for this Wednesday, Feb. 7th at 7:30pm in the Margaret
Brent Room in Stamp.

Tyler Smith from the Interfaith Drug Policy Initiative will be giving
a speech entitled "Connecting to a Higher Power: How the faith
community advocates for reform".  Please visit IDPI's website for more
detailed information: www.idpi.us

He will be discussing the issues and connections between the War on
Drugs and the faith based community, religious freedom, separation of
church and state, and other topics.  His speech will be brief, then
will be followed by an open discussion/question answer session.  All
are welcome and encouraged to attend to learn more about drug policy
reform from a very different perspective.  Feel free to invite your
chapter members and any others who are interested in attending.

I hope to see you there!

Peace and Love,

Stacia
