UTF-8 encoding

There's a thread from over a year ago about some UTF-8 encoding
errors, which ends with an assertion that they have been fixed.
However, the .n3 files linked from the documentation page[1] currently
have the same encoding errors in them. Am I downloading from the
wrong place?

I need to have add street addresses, city, state and zip code info to
two types of entities:
- businesses
- places (like a concert hall at a University - i.e., not a business)

I thought of making the business an sc:Business and the place an
sc:Place.

But it is not obvious to me how to add, for example, a street address.

Every time I run one of the example queries on the website you posted
I get this error:
42000 Error RDF..: Inference context [link]
does not existSPARQL query:define input:default-graph-uri define
input:inference '[link]

What kind of sitemap? (there are a couple floating around; something you
will create?).
Yes exactly, this is certainly something that is possible.
Also, if you have some basic inferencing enabled, you will be able to
query for the parent subject concepts of this concept and still getting

I'm really glad that you've found my project interesting ^_^
I'm encountering some obstacles due to the lack of suitable external
datasets to link but, at least, all the Hackystat data could be linked with
each other :p

Thanks for the kind words.

I have asked Fred to respond to you more in depth. Your Google
SoC project [1] looks quite interesting and a good potential use
of UMBEL.

Fred should respond shortly with a direct answer to your

and make a sitemap using the sitemap extension "Semantic Web Crawling"
containing a reference to my dataset description;

Sorry for the late response.

If I understand your question correctly, I think there are two
parts to the answer: 1) what are the purposes of UMBEL; and 2)
how to use it.

UMBEL can indeed meet the purpose you outlined. Though other
usages might be listed, here are the four main uses that I refer

Hi Eric!
Right now Dbpedia seems down, but to answer your question:
UMBEL is integrated in dbpedia as a TBox. So this mean that you won't
directly see links to umbel concepts, etc. But you can enable a feature
(inference) in your sparql query to enable the use of UMBEL as a TBox
for dbpedia instance records.

I've just found also this statement:
