An egregious oversight on my part. Rebecca P.Smith, 53, of Portland, OR, who rode a tremendous 39.09 at Race Across Oregon to win the Women's Category, finish second overall, and qualify for RAAM, is most definitely a JMC registrant. No excuse for missing her, and I apologize. Thanks to Del Scharffenberg for pointing this out. (Sometimes there is a bit of an excuse, such as missing Angel Mitveski, a Calvin's rider, who we had mistakenly listed as a female.)

Smith takes over the lead in the Female 50-59 category and in the race for the women's overall title, for which she becomes the first official qualifier -- having ridden a 3-point event -- with 40.38 JMC points. (I enter distance divided by time mutliplied by difficulty points, or 3*527/(39 + (9/60)), which my computer spits out as 40.38 points.) Way to go.
