There has been some talk about trying to keep the pickup game going over
the winter by getting a field at Twin Lakes (at least until league starts
in January). Since a lot of people work normal hours, I'm guessing that
weekday mornings or afternoons won't work and weekday evenings are
completely booked by soccer leagues. However, as of now, 3PM on Sunday is
available through November and December.

The field costs $100/hour. I'd say if we can get 12 people to commit fairly
certainly to 6 weeks and pay $50 then adjust as we add other people on a
week-to-week basis (although I wouldn't want to bring more than 16 people
on any given day), it seems feasible. I'm guessing this time will get
booked by someone fairly soon, so I'd like to figure out the level of
interest. So, who would be in?

Also, if there are enough students or people with weird working hours, I'd
be all about getting some off-peak hour weekday times, which are only
$70/hour.
