Ah, Cura can already do this. It doesn't have jitter enabled. And it emits
"layer comments" in RC1, which can be used to simply post process your
GCode.

It's a bit tricky, but someone already asked how to do it:
https://github.com/daid/Cura/issues/33

(The photograph plugin is a bit useless, as you could get the same effect
with the "home" plugin, but my method is a lot faster)
