ULMC This Week: "And the path turned into a river"

Dear all,

After an exciting week with the AGM, we are onto another busy week, with hopefully not too many deadlines for everyone! We have climbing, election results and your last chance to get club branded kit!

TUESDAY: CLIMBING

We will be at Mile End Climbing wall from about 6.30pm. All levels are welcome including complete beginners. Just come and find us when you have signed up at the wall (we helpfully wear t-shirts saying ULMC), bring suitable clothes for climbing, shoes are available for hire. ULMC will provide harnesses for those who don't have them and ropes for those who lead climb. More details about the venue, prices, location etc can be found here: http://www.mileendwall.org.uk/

THURSDAY: SOCIAL
We will be at the Penderels Oak pub on High Holborn from around 8pm.  This is a perfect chance for newcomers to meet us and find out what ULMC is all about, as well as eat curry and drink beer. If you get to the pub and can't find us just call Tess on 07879697451 and she'll come and find you.  The postcode of the pub is WC1V 7HJ and it's marked on google maps (between Holborn and Chancery Lane stations).


OTHER: ELECTION RESULTS

The AGM last week was a fantastic occasion, with lots of shopping and Aaron's brownies, we managed to vote in the 2013-14 committee.  We'll be doing a gradual handover, so you'll be seeing increasingly more of this lot, congratulations to them all:

CLUB KIT
We will be ordering hoodies/ t-shirts printed with the ULMC logo again this year. If you would like one, please email Aaron (reynol...@hotmail.com) BY THE END OF THIS WEEK with what you want (hoodie/ t-shirt, colour, colour of logo (white/black) and size). Sizes are men's so bear this in mind when ordering. See previous email for the attachment with colours, sizes etc

The next day walk will be over the first bank holiday weekend in May (most likely Sunday 5th May).
