I agree that been able to dock side panels and hide / rearrange buttons is
cool, but
please don't implement if it implies slowing down UliPad. I love docking,
but I love
even more this editor lightning speed (while it's stays powerful). This is
really
what distinguishes it from others IDE.

But if you manage to do it without make it starts in 10 seconds, then by
all mean,
great ! It's so true that we all have different opinions on where a panel
should be,
and I would be the first one to remove copy / paste / cancel / redo from
the buttons.

As an alternative to bicyle repair men, there is a newer library, "rope",
it comes with function/tools etc to refactor python code...
It's not very simple to use at first glance, but there is some programs
using it;
