Actually the configuration es overwritten each time you installa a new
ulipad version.
Previous configuration should be the default or at least ask if you want to
import previous configuration.

I don't think so. Only when there is no configure file existed, ulipad will
create one
for you, if there is also a configure file already, ulipad will use the old
one.

Yes, it's true, but if you try to upgrade a version you can easylly forget
to save
your configurations, loosign any syntax highlight modification, folder
configuration,
etc.

It's not a critical issue just an annoying one.

But these things are not in ulipad, they'll be created dynamacially, so
they will not
be overridden.
