New issue 222 by yanckin: linux下输入复制粘贴失效

输入失效是在中文输入法ibus打开状态下，按方向键后会导致无法输入，英文输
入法无此问题。

复制粘贴在中英文状态下都可能出现失效,但有时正常

测试环境ubuntu 9.10,archlinux

wxPython 2.8.10有问题的去下载wxPython 2.8.10.1即可修复此问题了

python 2.6.4
wxPython 2.8.10.1

能够复制粘帖。

但是，如果从外部复制一些文本，再切回ulipad的话，“粘帖”按钮会快速闪动。
