What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The text contents should have focus, i.e. I should be able to start typing
or browsing right away.
Also, no hotkeys are working, i.e. after Ctrl-N you cannot press Ctrl-N
again, without having clicked in the new file's window first.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN trunk, Ubuntu Karmic.
