We don't have anything set up for adding more developers to Unity. How should we go about this?

I think we will need to have a 2fold system.

There are low level resources like the mailing lists that people
wishing to join our team can be offered readily. On the other hand
access to the dev server / svn must be done only once we trust the new
members.

Technically speaking, http://docs.unity-linux.org/development:packaging:svn offers instructions for how to start contributing to the project.

I do remember starting a skeleton of instructions on the dev section of
the wiki. I don't have access at the moment to check.

I do know that there are some pages for each team which include
(incomplete) instructions on using and adding a new user for each
resource (e.g. wiki, mailing list, blog, twitter, etc). Those pages can
be gone through like a todo list..
