Scottish Christmas Vizz Wizz

Anyway I fancy letting Flynn run himself ragged with some other
Vizslas on the 27th December 2009 10:30 am at Pollock Park in Glasgow.
It will also let the other owners blow some of the Christmas cobwebs
off!
As before I propose we meet at Pollock Park at the Burrell collection
car park. The postcode is G43 1AT and here's a link to a map:

Anyone at all.......
Hopefully people are just going to turn up on the day. Flynn will need
his walk anyway and it's as nice a place as any for a walk!
If anyone knows other Scottish Vizsla owners in the west coast, could
you let them know please?

We'll be there, provided we manage to avoid any cut paws, which seem
to have been a regular feature this year, especially near Vizz Wizz
dates.
We might also bring our buddie Blue along, he's not a viz he's a black
lab, but it'll be fun seeing how confused he will get, he's used to
two of us but throw more vizzies into the mix and he'll be completely
lost......
We're going on the Surrey and West Sussex Wizz on Sunday, it'll be our
last as residents in the South East as we're moving North in the new
year.

My friend Anthony's Vizla is also called Mac and he should hopefully
be there also.
At least Flynn will have some company on the walk!

I am not going to make this as the snow is too heavy in Balloch and
the roads haven't been gritted yet.
Hopefully this message may save someone a journey.
I will try to organise another some time in the future but I don't
think travelling in this weather is for the best!

We didnt get the message before we set out today, so we were a bit
surprised that Mac and Buds boisterous reputation seemed to have got
ahead of them and thought everyone had switched locations at the last
minute.
We did set off for a walk on our own though and you made the right
call, the paths and roadways were really icy so we ended up cutting
the walk short.
When we got back to the carpark there were two other viz there, Libby
and Miko (sorry if the spelling isnt right), but Mac and Bud were a
bit full on at the prospect of some brand new vizzies to play with and
it was a bit unfair on Miko so we ended up taking them home and
leaving Libby and Miko to have a mini wiz of their own.
Hopefully we'll be able to make another one soon, we're only up here
until the 9th Jan, but if you feel like a wiz to clear the new year
hang over (snow permitting) just give us a shout. As long as it
doesnt clash with the inevitable new year football...

Once again my apologies at not making it with the galling thing being
that later on that day it got milder and we would have been able to
get there (probably!).
The football does get in the way of another mini vizz wizz so the only
alternative date is the 4th January which is still a bank holiday in
Scotland. if you fancy meeting up at the same place, Pollock park then
we will be there with maybe having it a bit later to allow any
gritters etc to get out and do their work?
What about 4th January, Pollock Park at 1 p.m. ?
If you are going to be able to make that then please post here so that
I know that it's happening and can tell Flynn to start getting
excited!

Sorry I had problems with my broadband access over the hols and didnt
manage to get back to you, only just trawling through now and found
your message.
No due back up in Scotland until end of Feb now, unless house sells
before then.
Will keep an eye out for notice of any future Wizzes, just incase we
can make it.
