Hello All

I am trying to resurrect my spray collar as Ben is being a little too
deaf and mugging the local fishermen for their bait boxes (yuk!) but
can't remember how to connect the remote to the collar. Do I press
and hold one of the buttons, or press one particular button a number
of times? I have put new batteries in both collar and remote, but the
red light on the remote just keeps staying on and the collar doesn't
give its initial spray. Can anyone help? Its driving me nuts.

Many thanks
Chantal

Have you checked the batteries?

Hi Boris

Yes, I've replaced all the batteries, those in the remote and in the collar with new ones just purchased.

If it is a masterplus you touch the two red  strips together until they beep!

Thank you Susie, but its a very old (6/7 years) dynavet masterplus - I don't have any red stripes!!  I have emailed dynavet, but no reply yet.

The strips would have been on the top (face side) of the hand set and on the side of the collar unit close to where the webbing feeds through! Trial and error!!!

No, Susie, I really don't have any stripes,  as I remember, I had to either hold one of the 3 buttons down then the collar would puff 3 times, or I had to press one of the buttons down 3 times and the collar would puff once to tell me they had connected.  The collar must be 5 or 6 years old now, and was stored without batteries to avoid corrosion but the red light just remains on on the handset, like the button is stuck down - but it doesn't want to connect.  I suspect its broken, but I can't afford a new one right now, Its a shame you can't rent them for a reasonable amount (you can but they are expensive - nearly as expensive to buy a new one)
Oh well

perhaps the French will reply soon...

Many thanks though

Chantal
