The Fair is opened from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m.
The Fair takes place at the LENEXPO Exhibition Ground in Gavan.

The Fair is supported by Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and by St.Petersburg City Council.
THE FAIR BY TOPICS:
- AGRICULTURAL TECHNICS, EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES FOR PRODUCTION AND HARVESTING OF GRAIN-CROPS,
VEGETABLES, FRUITS, MILK, MEAT, POULTRY AND FLOWERS.
- TECHNICS, EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES FOR PROCESSING, PACKAGING AND STORAGE OF GRAIN-CROPS,
VEGETABLES, FRUITS, MILK, MEAT, AND POULTRY.
- FOOD STUFFS.
- FARMERS EVERYDAY LIFE.
THE PROCEDURE OF THE PARTICIPATION
Application form participation is to be presented till July, 31, 1997.
By the above specified date an exhibitor is also to submit the list of items in due form and
2 copies of leaflets and catalogues providing information on the exhibits.
THE EXHIBITION SPACE AND SERVICES
Registration fee from each company per one exhibition event is fixed at
US$ 216.
The exhibition area is leased out to the exhibitor from August, 21 till September, 03, 1997.
Rent charged for 1 sq.m. of the exhibition area: indoor raw space - 114 US$;
shell-scheme - 210 US$;
outdoor raw space - 54 US$.
Orders for services are to be placed till July, 31, 1997. The advanced payment for the services
is to be remitted by the exhibitor till July, 31, 1997.
The exhibitor is to inform the names of persons authorized to sign financial documents at the
Fair till July, 31,1997. The representative of the exhibitor is to submit Authorization for the
right to sign financial documents at the Fair.
MOUNTING AND DISMANTLING
The exhibitor can commence mounting on August, 21, 1997 and complete not later than 24 hours
before the opening of the Fair. Dismantling is to be begun after closing of the Fair and to be
completed not later than September, 01, 1997.
CATALOGUE, ADVERTISEMENT
To place advertisement in the official catalogue the exhibitor is to submit useful information
in English until July, 15, 1997 and to remit payment for the publication in accordance with the
rates till July, 15, 1997.
Advertisement in the official catalogue - 216 US$ (cost of translation, typesetting, artwork,
proofreading and colour separation are not included).
FORWARDING OPERATIONS
All transport-forwarding services and execution of customs formalities and operations,
connected with these might be done only by Joint Venture "PAN-BALTService GmbH", which has
exclusive right for execution of these operations at the exhibitions in St.Petersburg held
on Lenexpo.
The exhibitors or their forwarders are obliged to perform a separate contract with JV"PAN-
BALTService" for execution of above mentionned services till July, 01, 1997.

ENTRY TO RUSSIA, EXECUTION OF EXHIBITION DOCUMENTS
Accommodation and service for the foreign exhibitors and personnel are held according to the
orders be placed till July, 21, 1997.
To obtain the entry visa and to execute exhibition documents for the trip to St.Petersburg,
the exhibitor is to present the list of personnel till July, 15, 1997.
After arrival the exhibitor is to get the documents of the exhibitor of the Fair.
RESPONSIBILITY AND INSURANCE
All the exhibitors bear responsibility for fulfilment of the rules of fire and civil prevention
at the Fair. The exhibitor should recompense all the damages, caused by the actions of his
personnel or partners. The exhibitor should insure his property by himself.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The total rent for the leased exhibition raw space, furnished constructed booth and services are to be remitted in US$
by the exhibitor till Augest, 15, 1997.
Attention: The total amount of payment is including VAT.
Cancellation of participation (or the part of the leased area) after the application and till July, 14, 1997 will be followed by payment of the penalty of 50% of rent of unused area; cancellation after this date leads to the payment of 100% of the rent. In case of violation of the terms of payment LENEXPO reserves a right to pass the unpaid area for the other exhibitor, but this fact does not liberate the debtor from the payment of the penalty.
