Just been advised it may be on 122.7 or 120.8 MHz

Probably is. Dunno.

There was some debate back in the 80s on what frequency CB Radio would be allowed to work at if not 27MHz. 232MHz was touted as a possibility as the last device to use that was the Lancaster Bomber...
