N96 software driving m crazy

the n96 software is driving mr crazy ... anybody help me get out of this continual loop anytime , anytime t ll tht i connect via the USB cble supllied by phone continually tries to connect to the internet , its just continual loop of trying to connect so the software cant be accessed any ideas ?

cancelling 02 & going to Virgin

Just about to cancel my 02 contract and get 2 Virgin contract sims , however i dont want to loose my number. Do i tell 02 or Virgin first ? Can a number be stored temporarily waiting transfer or can Virgin claim it from 02 for me ? Thanks Yebutt

Sorry if off topic, if anyone knows of better groups to post this let me know. I am off to Italy soon and will be using my Nokia E90 (or maybe laptop with T-mobile date card/sim) for checking e-mails. Normally I get stung with a big bill unless I use a free wi-fi and I know that might be available.... more »

New Samsung PC Studio

I have just got a new Samsung D980 and am having problems with syncing it to Outlook using the New PC Studio. It connects Ok but I have two many Outlook entries for the phone memory. I can't find any setting that enable me to sync only (for example) from the last month to six months ahead. Any ideas?... more »

In the latest MSE e mail, there's a bit about roaming charges and that you will get charged to *receive* voicemails and then again to listen to them. I've never been charged to receive a voicemail on my Orange contract Is he wrong, (which is unusual)?

Nokia 2630 unlocking

Just got a new 2630 from Orange which I don't want. Missus likes it though but she's on O2. Went to chappie in the market to get it unlocked. initially he said no problem, but when he checked the firmware version said "no way - SL3 encryption, no-one can unlock this phone". Is this true what he's telling me? Googling would seem to support it.... more »
