The usual reason a phone isn't avaialble on a particular network is
becuase that network have decided not to stock it.

As it is unlikely that the person responsible for handset purchasing decisions at T-Mobile reads this news group I think you might be better directing your question elsewhere.

It's possible that some T Mobile execs read this NG

I know Orange did, in 2004 Orange exec office emailed me
to ask me not to publish my Orange depts list on here

This one:

Sums up FT Orange, all publicity without animal totems in it
is bad publicity

Their obsession with animal totems signifies serious
psychological problems.

Maybe that's FT Oranges strategy? Sell phones to loonies.
It's a niche market alright

What does your interminable pissing and moaning about Orange signify about
you?

It signifies that he has nothing better to spend time on. Perhaps he
should try some voluntary work.

Just had a 3GS Iphone and the 02 signal in may area is terrible albeit I am
less than half a mile from two of their transmitters, GSM and 3G.

So I am looking at the 97. Like the iphone can I upload movies and tv to it
and watch it back, thats the part of the iphone I like as I spend lots of
time in hospital. I do have an archos player but like the idea of the phone
on it too. Thanks

I think so Steve, 02 had got it back. I wondered if the 97 was the same with
video. I can then get it on Orange.

My g/f iphone 3g gets no 3g signal at all at mine, even though the O2 coverage map shows the area to have strong signal. Not sure if its a probelm with the phone, or if O2 lie about their covergae.
