Cheapest uk mobile to mobile sim?

Do you mean Lycra mobile? Only 5p per minute to landlines, 10p per minute to
other mobiles[1] http://www.lycamobile.co.uk/rates.aspx
Asda mobile is only 8p per minute to other mobiles.
[1] Calls to other Lycamobiles are free at present.

http://www.vectonemobile.co.uk are presently doing free txts and
calls between vectone mobiles and calls to other networks are 5p
per minute. Txts to other networks are 5p.

When I looked yesterday that information was missing from
Vectone's web site (althought easy to find). They also don't
mention the minimum charge and whether they charge by the
second, minute, or something else.
