I've not been following this, but I've just had a look at tsp 13 and I can't
see anything abnormal. Have I missed something?

The analyser shows a nice normal gap between this mux and the ones above and
below it. It appears to be exactly where it should be. A 3MHz offset would
be very visible. Just to make it clear to myself I moved the frequency
markers by 3MHz and if the mux were where they indicate it would be well out
of place. I'm not commenting on absolute frequencies because LNBs do vary a
little bit.

I agree with Bill. I had a look using the 1.4m dish on my uplink truck this
morning and the centre of the modulated signal is exactly where you'd expect
it to be and is right between the adjacent carriers.

FWIW I've been listening to BBC R2 on t/p 13 this morning on my Panny DSB-31
Sky Box and been getting regular break up. Signal Strength/Quality are 100/95%
(according to the receiver's own bar graph). LH 65cm dish with Quad LNB.
