If you ever find out who painted it please let me know. I will arrange
for someone to steal his/her brushes.
Anyway, you can certainly eliminate Stubbs and Munnings :-)

Before anyone jumps the gun and spouts O/T,O/T! this post involves
horses...alright they are in the Sky,BUT,they are racing,the one i`m on
looks like a non trier,hes on the big Fluffy cloud on the right(in 4th
place)?

Are you saying that they are all copies and not by the artist named ? Most
copies seem to be produced (like everything else now) in China. Last time we
were there art students were offering us copies or asking what artist do you
like. You like Turner? I can paint like him.
