Absolutely. Good photo, though, isn't it? There followed what must
have been one of the greatest sporting mismatches when Troon played
Brazil in a warm-up game. The score (if I remember correctly) was 15-0
(don't ask for whom).
Troon's ground is (or was) used regularly by visiting international
teams to Scotland because of its proximity to the 5-star Marine Hotel.
In the days of the Home Internationals England always used the ground.
