No it doesn't :op
Just kidding. Hi there, welcome, we aren't the most hig traffic newsgroup,
but I like tothink we've got a fairly together vibe type thing going....
That sentence worked a lot better in my head.

Ha! You know you've doomed us all to troll-invasion oblivion by saying
that, don't you?

And, of course, what is a bloody pagan when its at home (strangely
typoed as 'horn' *slightly bewildered head shake) anyway?

(using the right log-in this time - WHOOPS!)
So how does one define paganism anyway, and are satanists pagans?
Is it different when its at home?

Sounds Freudian to me *grin*

I want a definition of "home" before we begin debating that one :op

Puh-lease! Not again!
On the other hand, it *has* been well over fifteen years since that
particular row consumed the attention of the Pagan community on usenet
(at that time, alt.pagan mostly, and soc.religion.paganism to a lesser
extent; alt.religion.wicca was not involved and arwm hadn't even been
newgrouped yet). Maybe it is time for another go-round.

Ok, are Jedi Knights pagans then? :oP
> So how does one define paganism anyway, and are satanists pagans?
I dunno, do they define as pagans?
I can tell you for certain that (some) Atheists are though.

(he never did go for coffee with janet and LadyNina, did he? wonder why? :)
I've been here before and I wasn't very popular. I sort of get why but
that's another story. It's nice to see some groups don't indulge in the
bitchfest that is usenet. I hope you don't mind my comments.
LOL. I'm sure you can handle them though it saddens me that they are the
norm; whatever that is.

I dunno. I'm not, but I'd probably be very different if I was actually
very bloody. ;)

Oh trust me, I know what a pagan at horn is - sometimes not a pretty
sight, I guarantee. *smirk*

Can't be much worse* than me asking on NFP (URL here
http://community.livejournal.com/nonfluffypagans/868343.html if you
want it) if "Atheism an acceptable form of a pagan belief, or are
Atheists who claim to be pagans 'doing it wrong'?"
<weg>
* Yes, I realise it can /actually/ be much much MUCH worse, but
y'know, these days, does anyone really care all that much, other than
those who're having their labels assigned for them/borrowed by someone
to apply to someone else?

I could've sworn I'd come across such an entity before, but alas, a
quick Google proved fruitless.

Good, busy, work is excellent, finally got research report published
and funders are very pleased, enough to dangle more work at me.
Playing hard as well, lots of European trips on the motorbike - Italy
over Whit week.
