Steps Bridge - For Sale (again)

Hi all,

In this weeks Okehampton Times' property section there is the old YHA
Step Bridge youth hostel up for sale (again). It looks like the owner
who bought it off YHA is getting rid of it. It was due to be in the
YHA Enterprise network but that seems to have fallen through - but
I've forgotton why right now.

Its going to auction with guide price of £235K. Its freehold with 6

To be honest its probably is best to knock it down and start again,
its had bad damp for years and there is a bit of a pest problem too!
Never the less possibly a 'good' investment for somebody.
