Well, narrowboat purchase for me is slowly but surely moving forward,
and I'm currently filling in the marine mortgage application. It's
marginally less complicated than buying a house methinks.
They (in this case the magic 'They' refers to Marine Mortgage company)
wanting to know how many horsepower = a Lister ST2 (the water cooled
type) my guess is 20. Is this way off the mark?
I've had a bit of a trawl on the www but no info yet, so sorry for
clogging up ukrecwaterways with a possibly pre-answered question.
Cheers all,
Neil
Depends on the governed rpm.
STW2M:
20 bhp @ 2300 rpm
17.8 @ 2000
16 @ 1800
13 @ 1500
Look on the fuel pump cover for a rating plate.

Bloomin' clever this. Answer arrives before the question. How does that
work.
