The old "NSBroadsboating" YahooGroup has been dying for a while.  The group
owner no longer responds to mail and hasn't posted to the group in almost
two years.

In response I have set up a new YahooGroup "broadsboating". See:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/broadsboating/

As with any YahooGroup, access may be via the web site or e-mail.

It has also been made available via the good folk at Gmane
(http://www.gmane.org/).  Point your news reader at:

news.gmane.org

then download the list of available groups and subscribe to:

gmane.recreation.broadsboating
