Thanks to Phil for waking up the weather gods by mentiong hoolies. So
on the Graham Cruach an Cappull today not only was I having to contend
with thigh deep snow but also bombarded on rest of body and face by
flying spindrift.
Also managed to slip twenty feet down a steep snowy bank straight into
a cold stream - as darkness fell. My whole life flashed before me as I
slid. Makes you wanna holler.
Now warming up with a nice meal at the Coylet Inn - and enjoying
reading Judith's trip report.

Eek. At least there was a nice soft stream to break your fall.

I warmed up with a packet of mushroom risotto back at the Youth
Hostel, but my eyes are still stinging from the weekend's weather. I
left my ski-goggles at home but they would've come in handy to keep
the hail and wind out.
