Chatting to my father yesterday I happened to mention that I'd been down
Drakelow recently. He tells me that during the war he was cycling near
Buildwas in Shropshire and saw some wagons being shunted into a tunnel.
Further enquiries seemed to reveal that it was an ammunition store and was
common knowledge amongst locals. I can't seem to find anything doing a quick
internet search, does anyoe have any info on whether my father was right or
not?
