Hi Guys and Girls,

What books do you recommend that will allow me to actually know what stuff I
am looking at. I am sick of writing in my dive log. Saw lots of brown fish.

TIA.

Best ones I've got are by the Marine Conservation Society. I've got
Sussex Marine Life (covers all the south coast), and the Sea Life of
Britain and Ireland

btw I attended an excellent 2 day course on Marine Life Recognition through
the SAA, but I'm sure it was an MCS course.

You could try "Great British Marine Animals" by Paul Naylor. ISBN is 0
9522831 4 X.

We've found this to be a very good book.
