Hi.
I am trying to get some sail baton say 30 mm by 5 mm. These sizes need
not be exact but it needs to be rectangular in section and very springy i.e.
fiberglass.
If you can tell me were I might get some, preferably in the north west,
I would appreciate it.

You should be able to get sail batten from most chandlers, some stock
standard cut lengths whereas others cut to length required. If you are in
N.W.England, try Mailspeed Marine at Conwy marina, they are agents for spars
& sails and also do mail order.
