Magellan Meridian Marine GPS

Looking at the rear contacts on my Meridian Marine. can anyone tell me
which is data in and which is data out?

Assume bottom left is number 1, top left 2, top right 3, bottom right
4.

Google is your friend. A search for "Magellan meridian pinout" gives
this:

http://pinouts.ru/data/magellan_4p_pinout.shtml

which shows that in your numbering, 1 is RS232 Rx, 2 is +3.86V, 3 is 0V
and 4 is RS232 Tx.
