I am through ruling the world.
I resign.
Put all of my revenues in the World Bank in an account, Undesignated Funds
under the name, Anonymous.
Place my successor on my throne, a stuffed Humpty Dumpty doll. Direct all
problems to the doll.
The world will now run itself, the way government should be.
So long. Sign the guest book in the Jon Giffen Memorial Museum. It hasn't
been built yet, and probably never will.
Tai Chi : send a statement to the collective, but actually move around a
little.
