1. Get my fitness back
2. If #1 goes well - ride the Manx End-to-End MTB race in September
3. Avoid getting made redundant [1]
4. Assuming #3 - buy a Porsche 911 (996)
5. Get KwackZilla back from IoM, pinch good bits off it (Ohlins rear,
uprated forks, 190+bhp engine) for road bike, and sell all the left
over bits at a profit.

That'll do for now.

I managed it by switching to decaff every other cup, then making the
decaff the only option after a while and then cutting down the amount
of cups per day gradually once I'd weaned myself off the caffeine.

Ditto - once again, I've put back on and more, what I lost, so I'm going
to take it easy and lose it slowly.

To cut down the smoking - one an hour is plenty. For years I smoked one
every two hours and didn't feel the need for more - this past year I've
been stoking them up at three or four an hour at peak times.

Cutting down won't make it easy to lose weight. Isn't that right?

I drank a lot of Twinings Green Tea with Mint, when I lived in the
Middle East. Can't find it in CO.

I found the opposite was true.

When I smoked regularily I nibbled in between ciggies, so stopping
smoking (ok, switching from regular to irregular / social smoking) meant
I didn't nibble in between meals.

I really like it. Every time I take a trip back there, I grab a

Only the one?

Lose weight. Two stones will do for starters. More exercise, less and
better food.

Procrastinate less.

Sort out career, life etc. Declutter. Learn more. Work harder.

Fleet refresh. Complete Project Binliner. Get another outfit. Rejuvenate
the VFR.

Other stuff (classified).
