My first, second and third impressions were that it was a wind-up and
that was his best buddy and ugly sisters in drag putting it all on for
the camera.
My fourth impresssion is that it could be tragically real, but if he's

I'd argue against that - it would be the thin end of the wedge. The next
step would be a national sig register, and you'd be paying fifty quid to the
government every time you needed to put a new bike in your sig.
