Went out for a nice run in the sun on the Fazer yesterday - marvellous.

Now to the nitty gritty: just had an extension done and am faced with
mucho decorating to do :(

A decorator recommended by the builder reckons 30ukp/square metre for
tiling plus adhesive & grout - is this cheap/reasonable/expensive?

Any idea what might be a reasonable day rate for decorators? Just trying
to put the quote into some perspective!

cheers as always

sorry to disappoint (unless you heard them all before so it was a relief
that it wasn't?)

I know of a most excellent decorator based in Yateley.

E mail me if you want his details

Oh, and he rides a Gixxer, but not whilst decorating.

A mate of mine is a tiler. Charges about £20 a metre + stuff. The last
bloke did some painting for me charged £100 per day + stuff.

Give me a shout if you want some numbers. On second thoughts, reply
here, as my POP3 mailbox is currently awaiting a spam clearout.
