Since moving I have had to change doctors surgery and the new one has a
LCD touch-screen thingy in reception where you effectively sign in so
they know you're there.

Anyway, I signed in and then had reason to talk to the receptionist[1].
Afterwards she asked me if I had "arrived myself". To which I replied,
"What?". "Have you arrived yourself?" she asked again. At this point
I sort of got the gist of what she meant.

[1] For blood test results from last week. All OK, inc. liver & kidney
functions and cholesterol. Which was nice.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the

It is a bastardisation, isn't it?
Initially I thought she was asking if you'd come with your carer.

Hmm, I see what you mean. Is it possible to ineffectively sign-in?
Perhaps not - if the actively were particularly ineffective, the
signing-in would not have been successful, surely.

It's time she was canonized. There are many cases where praying to her

I've no idea, but have you seen that prog on one of the cuntish channels
"Girls of the Playboy mansion"? Every fucking one of them looks exactly like
any other and they're all trying to be Pam Anderson. It beggars belief that
a country the size of Septicland has fallen for this fake everything shite.

In the words of Meat Loaf, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.[1]

Are you sure she was never in Hollyoaks?

I don't think I get that close without throwing up all over the owner of the
