Now there is a fine example of the Russian art of the Blacksmith.

And a snip at 3.5 grand US, plus shipping from russia. Not the first
time he's tried to flog it/them on here, and he won't have had any joy
before either.

The UKRM FAQ: http://www.ukrm.net/faq/ukrmfaq1.html
I started to learn on another fine example of Russian DIY metal work called
a Minsk. You had to strip the carb (at the very least) every other day, it
would die on you in the worst possible spot, and when it started up again,
it pretended to be a smoke machine which Motorhead would be proud to have at
a gig. The only time I ever got pulled was when I tried the smoke effects
and the cops thought it wasn't a good idea to obscure an entire junction of
the A5D.
When I took the engine apart, I found that the tolerances on the conrod main
mearings were so accurate, the rod wouldn't move more than 45degrees either
way (sideways).

> Motorcycle DNEPR íô-14.9 sidecars.
Argh.
> Volume of the engine 750 cc. Capacity 43Ëwt.
43 hundredweight? Is that the capacity in beetroot?
> Year of release 1989.
Got time off for good behaviour, did it?
> Speed not less than 120 kms.
If you can get a Urinal to even half that you're doing well.

Yes, well, so are most utterel;y dreadful bikes.

Is that sort of like the order of lenin, with big ribbons?

But nowhere else

You *are* joking. Will you accept cabbage or a non-running Honda CB500T
as a straight swap?

for *fucks* sake, spamski, just piss off, will
you ?
I dunno, I try to raise the image of the average
russian bike owner on here, then I turn my back
for 5 mins, and look what happens.
And why would anyone pay 3500 dollers for a 1989
Dnper, when the modern Urals are *so* much better ?
If anyone was remotely interested [1] I'm sure
they could open a web browser and find out info
for themselves, or do what one lurker did - email
me off group and I'll point him in the right [2]
direction.[3]
*and* if they they were built for the President of Russia
they would have rhs chairs anyway, and would be
illegal in the UK.
So, just to sum up, fuck off. [4]
[1] and I bet they aren't.
[2] or wrong, if you don't like urals. Which I know
most on here don't.
[3] Who then bought one, and last time I met him
was very happy with it.
[4] I know this won't help, it just makes me feel
better.
