I am looking for professional software that can be used to create
professional blueprint for landscape design drawings. Please let me know
what is available.

I have a copy of LandDesigner 3D from Sierra Software. I would score it
7 out of 10. It draws very nice 2D pictures, reasonable 3D pictures, but
has a rather limited encylopedia of plants. Note that it cannot draw
steps or rock/brick walls. It does handle sloping ground, curved beds,
and multiple layers. It requires Windows 95 and at least 12 Mb RAM. If
you are interested, check out Sierra at: http://www.sierra.com/
