If two cyclists crash into each other, who will they blame?

I was reading about that, in some other country, cyclists watch for a lone
car/driver and then report that it ran them off the road, they then have an
insurance to claim off for damaged bike and injuries.

So you have stayed in London before?

Some Middle East countries used to throw grandma under a truck for the
Insurance because a foreigner would be certain to have cover and grandma
was no longer a contributing family member.

Indeed:

'The lines are there to stop cyclists careering into railings. Pedestrians are
free to go where they like.

You really could not make it up could you. Perhaps they should put up pictures
of the railings with notices underneath : "Cyclists: beware of the railings.
This is what they look like,"

The council because they have not clearly split the cycle lane into two: one
for one way, the other for the opposite direction?

How on earth can a cyclist know what to do.

I've been reading that in this country, a lot of car users add a claim for
whiplash after a trivial knock.

Is there another route for pedestrians over what appears to be a bridge?
Is there any reason that cyclists cannot push their bikes over the bridge ?
Do cyclists need more than a few inches of width to ride on?
Does it matter which of the papers (there are others) report an item?
Are you as dim as you lead others to believe you are?

No reason why pedestrians can't continue to do what they usually do and
ignore cycle lanes.

That road is rarely, if ever used by pedestrians you idiot. Unlike a
main bridge in the middle of an urban area.

Anyone seen a set of goal posts?

Still no ditch, I see a sensibly dressed walker that is observant enough to
notice a vehicle coming and give it plenty of room to get through on a
narrow road, he certainly does not look like a prat, and I think it is rude
of you to say he is.

Mrcheerful

He was not run off the road, he is clearly visible walking on the road, then
stepping off to let the google car through, then checking the road is clear
to recommence his walk. That road is barely six feet wide, would you think
he should take 'primary position' and not let the car past till Boot?

I realise that is the sort of stupid thing that you might do, but clearly
the walker had more common sense than you do, along with more knowledge of
the highway code.

Try rule 1 of the Highway Code.
