So did he "fly off his bike" through the hedge or "ride" through the hedge?
All that compo-adrenaline has muddled his story and he blurted out "nothing
serious". Plus he doesn't look nearly glum enough in the picture. Maybe he
flew into the hedge and for some reason decided to ride his bike back
through it onto the road.

Presumably there's a long list of coroner's reports listing cause of death
as a non-incapacitating knock on the knee and nettle rash...

Looks like his lips took the brunt of the nettle stings, and the incident
appears to have turned him gay:

unless your attempting to live up to your username, while the desription
is a bit vague, Emma Way would seem to have acted in poor jugment. how
much trouble she is in, will depend on the courts clearly and the
details of what happened rather than dumb twitter comments.

I only know as much about the incident as you do (ie, a smidgeon more
than bugger all), but it's worth pointing out that it is possible that
the lady's pronouncements were correct.

She's at least half-right in any case.

The only outstanding question is of whether she had the right of way.
And she might have had it.

um she claimed to have knocked a cyclist over? this seems to be correct
the how is unclear but realisticly she is unlikely to come out of this
smelling of roses.

she is quoted as being on the wrong side of the road. as ever the devil
is in the details but lets be clear here, she's knocked someone off
their bike, not stopped and the tweeted the event.

she would seem to have made some rather grave errors of jugments!

sure but you or I or even simon are unlikely to say something quite so
um ill thought out shall we say, it was one tweet, she had taken the
trouble to remove her account etc, it is improbable that she couldn't
remeber at tweet, sure maybe not word perfect but close enought.
