My RH/rear ergo gear lifter has recently started sticking in top (small
sprocket). Is there a standard thing to do about this?

cheers,

Probably needs a lever rebuild to replace the G-spring. This procedure is
available on the net but is quite fiddly. Otherwise a new lever assy.

Check the hood and bar tape is not causing obstruction. It's not a normal
symptom of worn springs but a rebuild may help. There's a chance that a
part could be broken.
