Still several road closures in place due to water works though.

Hi Guy. You live in the Reading area, don't you? I don't suppose
you've seen a light blue Honda, registration GD54DGV, being driven
extremely recklessly and inconsiderately by a fat, aggressive-looking
man in his 50s? If so, please be sure to post the details on URC and
notify the police. Thanks mate.

Nuxx, that is not my car. I don't personally believe you give a toss
if other people get caught up in your petty vendetta but now is your
chance to prove that you are not an irredeemable cunt by cancelling
the posts made by you and your sockpuppet. Ball's in your court.

"To every complex problem there is a solution which is

Newsgroup may contain nuts.
You are harassing people who have no connection to your petty
vendetta. Neither of those cars belongs to me. Fact.

So you say. It remains the case that the car is not mine, neither is
the other car mentioned above.
> On the other hand, you *did* make the first Lou Knee post - didn't you?
As it happens, no. But nobody gives a shit anyway.

Um, that's not what Nomen is suggesting. Nomen does not appear to be nuxx or
judith, and posting history suggests baiting them rather than agreeing with
them.
No, but Guy found that vigorously interacting with judith and nuxx led
to such a happy outcome that he wants to share the joy with others.
Presumably in a month or two we'll be hearing how he had to do it
because there were thousands of attacks on someone that wasn't him.
So he had to defend not himself.
But rest assured, whatever happenms, it won't be Guy's fault.

Check carefully. I am sure this is not the previous "Nomen Nescio". I
suspect the name was chosen in the (wholly mistaken) belief that it
was me who used that nym. Even I am smarter than that.
It seems very likely that Guy was telling the truth when he stated that he
was not the person who made the first post under that name.
The first usenet mention of "Lou Knee" I can quickly find was made in 1989:
Google Groups shows that there are usenet posts from one "Lou Knee Bin" made
in 2008.
The exact posting name "Lou Knee" (unadorned with any addenda) was used in a
web-based forum in 2004:

Can you now say:
"I did not make the first post as Lou Knee. Fact"?
(Sorry .......... ?)

Vote NO to the proposed censored group uk.rec.cycling.moderated
Nuxx said they were my cars and that I was driving. What was I
supposed to do? Would you just sit back and ignore it if someone
started a thread alleging that you'd been driving dangerously? Are
you happy to allow unchallenged lies about your real-world behaviour
onto usenet?
I freely admit I'm not perfect. But I'd like to know how I could have
handled this any better. It's easy for you to judge when you're not
having to read thousands of attacks directed at you. Believe it or
not it gets really upsetting and sometimes I'm not sure how much more
I can bear.
