I must have missed your post explaining how we could possibly afford to
house everyone in 'vertical cities' like the Burj Dubai tower.

Could you repost the figures please?

If you have time of course, I appreciate you have a busy schedule, what will
all those killers out to get you.

It's really quite simple. In BollenWorld, we would all go to work
every day (no Christmas holidays, or indeed any other holidays,
because they might inconvenience Mr Bollen) and pay our taxes (which
would be set at 100% of course). Mr Bollen, the scrounging old turd,
would then decide how to spend said taxes, including building
'vertical cities'. Nice and easy!

Hello?

Are you still out there Doug?

Waiting for the figures?

Hmmm. Were you around when the infamous "Vince's report" thing was
ongoing? You may have a long wait for the figures.

It's all down to the use of virtual slave labour required to build such
things.
Just ain't possible without shipping in workers who are then under
similar conditions to mill/mine workers here a couple of hundred years
back (or even more recent).

Import yer builders - once they have arrived take al their documentation
off them - make sure they live in poverty and treat them like crap. Once
done with, find some weak excuse to deport them to avoid paying anything
else.

Simple really, but not exactly the wonderful co-operative method in
Doug's head.

Anyway -- didn't building hi-rise accommodation lead to some of the
worst inner-city areas?

Oh, and while emulating the (advertised wealthy) Dubai experience Doug
will need a powerful car. Also not sure how much electricity needs to be
generated just to go up and down in the lifts.
