Have now received the following reply to my query regarding payment for a
'prize'

Why don't you just SHUT UP, if you had the intelligence to look at the
website you will see that as a runner-up, yes runner-up and not the winner ,
you would have been able to get a Simon butler portrait for £165, no scam
here or do you not appreciate how much it costs for oil portraits these day!
What was you expecting 50p or something ?

Stop living in the dark ages!

Fool !

I think he's a very good artist but most of the work on there goes for (or
should I say asking for) between £490 and £690 so I don't know how you get
value for money for a £1435 discount voucher!
Further looking at www.inlondon.com he has a further competition for a
portrait worth £1600 no doubt there will be 'winners' winning more discounts
soon.

How rude!
It would be a good idea for us all to email them and assure them that they
won't be getting any custom from any of us after their abominable customer
service skills!

To be honest, if it's just one person trying to sell their paintings
online, it's not really all that surprising he doesn't have customer
service skills. It's not as if it's going to be a big company you
are talking to. I know it's not an excuse for rudeness, but if he's
just had a load of people complaining about his competition ...
Well, I kind of understand. A little bit.

Hi Vicky

I was told I was a second prize "winner".

Anyway that's not rellay the issue, I was told there were 10 other second
